Day 5 in the Big Sista House.....

Well it was an early start, which coupled with not a lot of sleep (apparently I snore - can you cope! as if) meant I was not at my best early this morning. However Fi and I made our way to Colchester general hospital for her to have an MRI done on her knee. I did manage a quick cuddle with grandson which helped a lot to lift the mood. SO the touring of hospitals in East Anglia begins. So far we have done Ipswich Hospital (once for frankie to be born and once for Frankie to be diagnosed with a hernia) the Colchester this morning and we await our invitation to Norwich Hospital - what joy. I dont think I like this hospital rounds lifestyle - I like my home better - certainly I prefer the smell.

On our return home, after a detour to look at houses - but we will save that for another day - I was met with a bathed and dressed Frankie feeding from a bathed and dressed Mummy! It was only just after 10am so I was really impressed by this. Lauren continues to amaze me, she is in a lot of pain (my lady bits she tells me) but manages feeds and changing with ease.

Fankie was registered yesterday and today we have filled in a mound of forms for benefits and grants and all sorts of related paraphernalia. Ah the joys of the welfare state - another blog another day :)

Ok round 2 of house hunting is about to begin. I then hope to get to the gym for some body punishment - it does make you re-think that chocolate eclair!

Laters peeps
